By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Local Delivery Policy, where applicable.

Steel City Crunch products are prepared in small batches, and variations in appearance, texture, size, shape, aroma, and firmness may occur from batch to batch.

All sales are final, except where otherwise required by law or where Steel City Crunch determines that a refund or replacement is appropriate.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact Steel City Crunch directly first so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve your concern.

We maintain appropriate order, shipping, delivery, tracking, and customer-service records. Unauthorized or fraudulent payment disputes will be contested using available documentation and proof of fulfillment or delivery.

At Steel City Crunch, every product is handcrafted with care for the ASMR and sensory community. Because our products are handmade and intended for ASMR purposes only, all sales are considered final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges.


Refunds

Refunds are not issued for:
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Minor crumbling or settling during shipping, as this is normal for handmade cornstarch products
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

 

Order Cancellation 

Due to the nature of our products and order-processing procedures, orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. All sales are final.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To review your request, please include:
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.


Delivery

Please ensure you are available at your scheduled local delivery time. Missed deliveries may require rescheduling and may be subject to an additional delivery fee.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in size, shape, texture, and appearance are normal and make each item unique.
