Shipping policy

Steel City Crunch operates Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, or anytime during the weekend, will begin processing on the next business day (Monday, excluding holidays).

Orders are prepared and fulfilled in the order they are received.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Please Note: Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided.

We currently ship throughout the United States using USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Steel City Crunch is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, holidays, or other events beyond our control. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times are determined by the shipping service.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Steel City Crunch is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
